Step 0. Before submitting your document(s) for translation it is a good idea to get an automatic online quote for the job.

Step 1. Please download our translation request form (in virus-free RTF format) and fill in your contact and project details. Use the comments section to specify your particular requirements regarding the work process, schedules, deliverables, etc.

Step 2. Send an e-mail to the duty manager at info@script-group.com, with the form and the document(s) to be translated as attachments.


Note: If the source document exists only as a hard copy, we advise you to scan it and submit it by e-mail, as this will significantly speed up the process. If there is no way to submit the source document electronically, please e-mail us with just the translation request form, but explain in its comments section in which form your document exists and how you would like to submit it for translation.

Step 3. The duty manager will get back to you to confirm the deadline and discuss payment options. Depending on when you submit your request, you should expect a response as follows:

You email us during (Monday - Sunday)

You receive our response

6am - 8pm GMT (1am - 3pm EST)

within 10 minutes

8pm - 10pm GMT (3pm - 5pm EST)

within 1 hour

10pm - 6am GMT (5pm - 1am EST)

first thing next business day

Step 4. When all the details are agreed, we will normally ask you to fax us a purchase order, which will complete the start-up procedure.
